Returns
We will NOT be accepting a returns nor exchanges at this time.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately (within 48hr confirmed delivery) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can discuss further options. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items caused by the shipping provider. If the package is lost or stolen, you will need to contact your post office and file a claim. If your item is returned to us due to address error, you will be responsible for the fees for reshipment of your order.
Exceptions for non-returnable items
Unfortunately, under no circumstance do we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
For our safety and yours, we will not do exchanges, but if you have any problem with your order please reach out to us within 48hrs of confirmed delivery at info.beautifulenvisions@gmail.com to discuss further options.
