Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders can be delayed a couple of days due to volume around holiday season. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with your tracking number to track package while in transit. We do not combine orders.

We are not responsible for transit time once your package is in the possession of the carrier. Also, we are not responsible for lost or damage items as a result of the carrier.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 21 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info.beautifulenvisions@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we would be more than happy to look into it for you.

Returns and Exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in please contact your post office and file a claim and then email us please email us at info.beautifulenvisions@gmail.com with your order number, photo of the item’s condition and claim number given by the post office within 48hr of confirmed delivery. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
